I dream of Germany (Part II – Munich)

Munich had everything to make it a dream destination: breweries, an incredible transit system and perhaps one of the world’s finest airports. However, Munich left me wanting. Part of the fault lies with me – maxima culpa for arranging a day trip to Munich on a Sunday. For those not in the know, the nation of Germany (and quite a lot of Europe itself) closes on Sundays. But Munich was our transit point to/from Salzburg, and so we went for it.

And we learned, much to our happiness, that breweries do not close on Sunday. So the below selection is a few photos of a very long day in a beautiful city.
