I will someday write down all my favorite haunts on NOVA. This one is slightly off the beaten path in Herndon and I happened upon it one evening with my cousin (who was visiting from out of town). Let’s call it a concept – not a restaurant, but with a bar encircling an open kitchen. Somewhat along the lines of hibachi but with a fun and fresh fusion menu involving so much more than just a grill. This is one of our favorite places to eat and we usually don’t stray from the below order:
- Ahi Tuna Sashimi
- Seared Flat Iron Steak
- Seasoned and Seared Sirloin of Beef (with Bourbon butter)
After the splitting the above, we have never even thought of dessert.
